Event Participation

· Attendance at AuraLivin events may require prior registration or RSVP.

· Entry is subject to confirmation emails, passes, or on-site registration as communicated in advance.

· AuraLivin reserves the right to restrict or deny entry without prior notice.

· Products showcased at events are subject to stock availability.

· Certain items may be available for custom order only, with extended delivery timelines.

· Prices at events may vary depending on offers, promotions, or exclusivity.

· Payments for purchases at events can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods.

· All transactions follow the same Return & Refund Policy as applicable on our website.

· Custom or personalized orders confirmed at events are non-refundable.

· Photography and videography may be conducted at events for promotional purposes.

· By attending, you grant AuraLivin the right to use your image or likeness for marketing without further consent or compensation.

· Attendees are welcome to take photos unless restricted by staff.

· Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, partners, and fellow guests.

· AuraLivin reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct, disturbance, or violation of this Policy.

· Any damage caused to event property will be the responsibility of the individual.

· Designers, architects, and brand collaborators must confirm participation through written agreements before the event.

· Booths, co-branding, or shared spaces are subject to approval and availability.

· AuraLivin is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen at events.

· We are not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
