General Policy
· AuraLivi is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase.
· This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
· Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
· - Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
· - Product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.
· Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images or videos as proof.
· The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
· Custom-made or personalized products.
· Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.
· Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery.
Return Process
· To initiate a return, customers must contact us at balajioverseas9@gmail.com with order details and proof of issue.
· Once approved, we will arrange for the product pickup or guide the customer on the return shipping process.
· Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
Refunds
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
· Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
· In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Exchanges
· Subject to product availability, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible returns.
· Exchanges are not available for custom-made or personalized items.
Cancellations
· Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or dispatched.
· Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
